Consulting that arrives with clients attached.

We advise companies moving into new markets, then go and win the customers there. Positioning, campaigns and outbound that put real buyers in your calendar. Based in Vilnius, working across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Two jobs: getting you into Europe, and getting you bought

Most advisers stop at the plan and leave you to find customers alone. We choose the market, build the entry, then run the marketing and the pipeline that make the move pay for itself.

  • European market entry

Which market first, and on what evidence. We score candidates on buyer density, sales cycle, language cost and regulation, test the offer with a real campaign before you commit, then plan the entry around the date revenue actually starts rather than the date you incorporate.

  • International marketing

Positioning and messaging that survive translation, localised sites and campaigns, and demand generation through Ripe Leads, our own arm. Buyers in Munich and Singapore need different proof.

  • Structure, partners & deals

The machinery behind the move. EU entity setup where you need one, tax and compliance coordination, distributor and partner sourcing, due diligence and deal support across three regions.

The market scorecard, as we run it

Six weighted criteria, each scored 1 to 5 per candidate country. Below is a worked example for a B2B software company selling maintenance planning to industrial manufacturers.

Criterion Wt GermanyDE PolandPL NetherlandsNL
Buyer density25542
Route to a reference20143
Sales cycle15234
Language cost15225
Regulatory and channel drag15124
Competition and price10343
Weighted total 250325335

Germany has the buyers and loses on everything else. The Netherlands wins on cost of entry despite the smallest buyer pool, which for a company with eighteen months of runway is the right trade. How the model works

Ripe Leads, our lead generation arm

We built the pipeline half of the business into its own company, because clients kept asking who would actually send the emails. Ripe Leads is ours: same team, same EU entity, pointed at one job.

    Signal

A dated event that proves the need. A new retail listing, a new site, a regulatory deadline.

  2. 02

    List

Companies where that event happened this month, verified address by address.

  3. 03

    Sequence

Written per market, sent from warmed mailboxes on domains we own.

  4. 04

    Meeting

Every interested reply lands in one inbox, with the thread attached.

  • One shared inbox

Done-for-you B2B outbound, run from an EU base

Target lists built from live buying signals rather than bought databases. Sending infrastructure we own and warm ourselves. Copy written per market, and outreach that respects the email rules of each country it lands in. Every interested reply arrives in one inbox.

  • Signal-based targeting. Companies chosen because something happened, dated and checkable.
  • Country-aware compliance. Germany and France are not the same jurisdiction, and the campaigns reflect that.
  • Meetings, not reports. The deliverable is a calendar with buyers in it.

Why companies bring us in

Entering a continent you have never sold in is mostly a series of decisions made without local evidence. We supply the evidence, and then do the work that follows from it.

  • An EU company vouching for you

We are a Vilnius-registered UAB with an EU VAT number, so European buyers, banks and partners deal with a local counterparty rather than an unfamiliar overseas supplier.

  • Marketing that ships, not slides

Positioning, campaigns and outbound run by the same people who wrote the entry plan. You get meetings in the calendar, not a strategy deck and a list of agencies to call.

  • We publish the method

The scoring model, the compliance map and our own cost per meeting are written up in Insights, in full. Read how we work before you pay us to do it.

  • Direct, founder-led engagement

You work with the principals. Decisions are made fast, advice is direct, and the person who promised the result is the person delivering it.

Vilnius-based.
Globally oriented.

KoFi Tech is a boutique consultancy headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. We work with companies outside the European Union that want to sell inside it, and with European companies moving the other way, into the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Two things sit at the centre of the work: choosing the right market on evidence, and building the demand once you are in it. Engagements are selective. We take mandates where we can add genuine value, and we stay involved until the goal is reached.

Senior judgement, applied across borders, from the market decision to the meetings that follow it.

Founder & Lead Advisor · KoFi Tech

Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, I work where capital, strategy and people intersect, helping opportunities find the right structure and the right partners across borders.

My background spans R&D environments, executive operations, fintech and cross-border investment. That path shaped how I approach complexity: analytically, directly, and always close to how things actually work.

What we have learned building companies across borders

Working notes on market entry, EU structure and the demand side of expansion, written from client work rather than from a template.

  1. Insights cover: a stack of three authentication bars above a warm-up ramp climbing over four weeks.
    Deliverability

Your emails are not being ignored. They are not arriving.

About a third of the cold campaigns we audit never reach an inbox. Authentication, domain separation and a three-week warm-up decide that before a single subject line matters.

  2. Insights cover: five dated markers on a timeline, each tied to a different public source.
    Data

A catalogue of European buying signals, and where each one is published

Registers, tender portals, licence lists and job feeds publish dated events for free across the EU. Most sales teams use two bought signals and miss the ones nobody indexes.

  3. Insights cover: two cost curves crossing in the second year.
    Outbound

Outbound agency or your first SDR: the arithmetic, then the part it misses

An in-house SDR in a mid-cost EU market costs €55,000 to €97,000 in year one. The decision is not about that number. It turns on whether the offer is proven and who will manage the role.

Common questions

Selling into Europe from outside it raises the same questions again and again. These are the ones we hear most.

Can a foreigner set up a company in Lithuania?

Yes. Lithuania allows full foreign ownership and remote company formation. We guide founders through UAB (private limited) or MB setup, registration, and the compliance steps needed to operate within the EU framework.

How long does EU company setup in Lithuania take?

A straightforward UAB registration typically takes one to three weeks once documents and a registered address are in place. We coordinate the formation, banking introductions, and tax registration so the timeline stays predictable.

What does cross-border business consulting cover?

For us it spans market selection and entry planning, positioning and international marketing, demand generation, EU structure and compliance, and partner sourcing across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Do you only work with companies based in Lithuania?

No. We are a Vilnius-based, EU-registered consultancy working with founders and companies worldwide who want to expand into the EU and selected emerging markets, or operate from them.

Do you handle marketing as well as strategy?

Yes. Entry advice without demand is a plan on paper, so we also run the marketing: positioning and messaging for the new market, localisation, campaign build, and B2B outbound through Ripe Leads, our own lead generation arm.

What is Ripe Leads?

Ripe Leads is the B2B lead generation arm of UAB "Kofi Tech". It builds target lists from real buying signals, runs outbound that respects the email rules of each European market, and books meetings. Use it inside a market entry engagement or on its own at ripeleads.eu.

Why base an EU expansion in Lithuania?

Lithuania offers full foreign ownership, competitive corporate tax, fast remote registration, and direct access to the EU single market. It is a practical, well-regulated entry point into Europe.
