These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of any engagement: work we do for a client is governed by a signed contract, and that contract prevails over anything written here.

What this site is
It describes what we do and publishes what we have learned doing it. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a client relationship. That starts when both sides sign an engagement letter, and not before.
The articles are general information
Our Insights pages discuss company law, tax, marketing regulation and the ePrivacy rules of various countries. They are written for operators planning work, from our own project experience, and they are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date each one carries. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, they are not a substitute for a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction, and rules change after we publish. Decisions you take on the strength of an article are yours.
Content and ownership
- The text, images, design, code and data on this site belong to UAB "Kofi Tech" unless stated otherwise.
- You may read, quote and link to it. Quote fairly, attribute us, and link to the source page.
- You may not republish substantial parts of it, sell it, or present it as your own, and you may not use it to train a model that competes with us.
- Trade marks and company names that appear here belong to their respective owners.
Using the site fairly
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the server behind it. Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, and do not submit anything unlawful or defamatory through it. We rate-limit the form and log abuse.
Links to other sites
We link to ripeleads.eu, which is our own lead generation arm and part of the same company, and to third-party sites such as liaudanskas.lt and LinkedIn. We do not control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability and liability
We keep the site running and correct errors when we find them, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent Lithuanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, seated in Vilnius. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
