Privacy notice

This notice covers kofitech.eu. It explains what we collect when you use the contact form or book a call, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.
Who is responsible
UAB "Kofi Tech", company code 305994397, VAT code LT100020701217, Švitrigailos g. 11K-109, LT-03228 Vilnius, Lithuania. Write to info@kofitech.eu for anything in this notice. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because we are not required to.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company name if you enter one, and the message you write.
- Call booking. When you book a call at kofitech.eu/strategy-call, your name, email address, time zone, the answers you enter and the time you pick. Your IP address is passed to the booking system so it can limit abuse, and is not stored with the booking.
- Server logs. Our host records the IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser string for every request, as part of running the server.
- A cookie only when the form needs fixing. A normal visit sets no cookie.
If the contact form sends you back because a field needs correcting, a session cookie
(
PHPSESSID) carries the message and the text you typed back to the form, so you do not lose it. We delete it the moment the form shows again, and it expires when you close the browser.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading this page sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To hold the call you book. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To answer you. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract. If your message is not about working together, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
- To keep the site working and secure. Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-abused website. This covers the logs, the rate limit on the form and the booking page, and the anti-forgery token.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name, an email address and a message we cannot reply, so the form will not submit. The same goes for a booking: without a name, an email address and a time we cannot hold the call.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings: 24 months from your last message to us or your last call with us, then deleted. This covers the booking record and the calendar entry. If we start working together, your data moves into the client relationship and follows the retention period set in that contract and in Lithuanian accounting law. Server logs are kept for as long as Hostinger retains them under its own policy. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any point, and we will.
Who else sees it
The site and its mailbox run on infrastructure provided by Hostinger, which processes this data only to host the site and deliver our mail.
Call bookings are handled by the booking system of Ripe Leads on ripeleads.eu, which is run by the same company, UAB "Kofi Tech". The booking page on this site passes your booking to that system, which stores it and lists the meeting in our CRM. The call goes into our calendar in Google Calendar, which also creates the Google Meet link. That is Google LLC in the United States. The confirmation email is sent from info@kofitech.eu.
Google may transfer this data to the United States. Such transfers rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, Article 45 GDPR), in which Google takes part, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46 GDPR).
Nobody else receives your data. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@kofitech.eu and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate, L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt. You can also complain to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. There is no archive of earlier versions, so check the date if it matters to you.
